Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests are made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment (no-shows), may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit, at our discretion. This policy allows us to manage our schedule fairly and continue to provide a high level of care and service to all our clients.
