Our climate-controlled, spa-inspired indoor space is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It provides a safe, soothing environment where dogs can relax as well as socialise.
Small Group Daycare
We accept a very limited number of dogs each day. Low dog-to-team ratios allow us to give genuine, individual attention and maintain a peaceful group dynamic.
Thoughtful Enrichment, Designed With Care
At Cooper’s Den Elite, each day is guided by calm structure, comfort, and gentle enrichment. While no two days are exactly the same, we aim to offer a rotating programme of carefully curated experiences designed to support wellbeing, confidence, and relaxation.
Planned enrichment may include gentle live acoustic music on selected days, where a visiting musician plays soft guitar in our relaxation space, as well as thoughtfully supervised indoor tennis style play to encourage movement in a calm, controlled environment. We also introduce scent and nose-work activities, calm sensory zones with varied textures and lighting, and occasional professional-led training visits focused on positive reinforcement and confidence-building.
A quiet afternoon wind-down ritual forms part of our daily rhythm, where suitable dogs may enjoy a small, carefully selected treat — such as a puppuccino paired with air-dried pheasant or partridge sausage, or a plant-based alternative — followed by rest and one to-one attention. During warmer months, and where appropriate, dogs may occasionally be offered a small seasonal cooling treat such as frozen organic blueberries or seedless watermelon, always provided in moderation and under supervision. Fresh bottled water is available throughout the day.
Central to our approach is The Den Reset Hour, a signature daily low-stimulation period designed to support rest and decompression. During this time, lighting is softened, calm music or gentle silence is introduced, play is paused, and dogs are encouraged to settle and rest.
All activities are optional, carefully supervised, and adapted to each dog’s individual needs, temperament, and wellbeing. Our daily rhythm remains flexible and is always guided by what is best for the dogs in our care.
Bespoke, Personalised Play
A dedicated team member spends one to-one time with each dog, offering soft toys, interactive play, and calm activities tailored to their personality, age, and energy level.
Outdoor Breaks & Fresh Air
Where suitable, dogs enjoy supervised outdoor breaks and gentle walks to support balance, fresh air, and overall wellbeing.
Nutrition & Hydration
Fresh, filtered drinking water is available throughout the day via our water fountain system. Treats and snacks are offered with owner approval, and all dietary requirements are carefully followed.
Afternoon Treat Time
Each day ends on a high note with a special treat — such as a Puppuccino paired with air‑dried gourmet treats or a suitable vegan alternative.
Daily Updates
We provide WhatsApp photo and video updates, so you can stay connected to your dog’s day.
Optional Grooming & Spa Touches
As a grooming-led studio, we offer the option to combine daycare with professional grooming or bathing — making care seamless, efficient, and convenient.

Pricing is shared for transparency. All daycare attendance is subject to assessment, suitability, and availability.

For clients seeking the highest level of consistency, care, and convenience, we offer a limited Monthly Membership.
£1,000 per month
Membership includes:
- Priority access to daycare (subject to availability)
- Regular daycare attendance throughout the month
- Preferred scheduling

- Priority booking for grooming & spa services
- Exclusive member support
Membership places are strictly limited to preserve the calm, boutique nature of our daycare.
Membership does not guarantee exclusive or one-to-one care and remains subject to suitability,
availability, and daily group balance.
Intake & Assessment
To maintain a safe, calm environment, all dogs must complete an assessment before attending daycare.
This allows us to ensure our daycare is the right fit for your dog and to carefully balance personalities within our small groups.
Requirements:
- Vaccinations must be up to date
- Dogs must be comfortable around other dogs
- Not all dogs are suited to daycare — we always act in your dog’s best interest
Completion of an assessment does not guarantee acceptance into daycare.

What’s Not Included
Unless agreed separately, the following are not included:
- Grooming, bathing, or spa services (available as paid add‑ons)
- Pick‑up and drop‑off services (coming soon and charged separately)
- Meals or specialist diets unless provided by the owner
- Veterinary care, medication administration, or medical treatments
- Training services beyond basic enrichment and handling
- Exclusive one‑to‑one care outside the standard daycare structure
- Daycare outside of agreed booking times or membership terms
We reserve the right to limit or decline daycare where it is not in the best interest of your dog or the group.
