Health & Behaviour Requirements

For the safety and wellbeing of all pets and our grooming team, all animals must be in good general health and up to date with relevant vaccinations at the time of their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a grooming service if a pet displays aggressive behaviour, severe anxiety, or if their health or coat condition makes grooming unsafe or unsuitable. Owners will be informed immediately should a service need to be adjusted or stopped. Any decisions made are always in the best interest of the pet’s comfort and welfare.
