Cooper’s Gang – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Cooper’s Gang, a luxury dog grooming and wellness salon. By booking an appointment, visiting us as a walk-in, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Appointments & Walk-In Services

  • Cooper’s Gang welcomes both pre-booked appointments and walk-in clients, subject to availability.

  • Walk-in services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may involve waiting times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if we are fully booked or if the dog’s needs cannot be safely accommodated at the time.

3. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • For booked appointments, we request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or repeated no-shows may be subject to a fee or refusal of future bookings.

4. Pet Health, Behaviour & Safety

  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions.

  • Owners must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or behavioural concerns before grooming.

  • Aggressive, anxious, or unsafe behaviour may result in services being paused or declined for the safety of the dog and our team.

  • Appropriate grooming restraints may be used where necessary for safety.

5. Grooming Risks & Owner Responsibility

  • Grooming carries inherent risks, including minor nicks, skin irritation, or stress.

  • Cooper’s Gang is not responsible for complications arising from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed health issues.

  • Severely matted coats may require shaving; additional charges may apply with owner consent.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices vary depending on breed, size, coat condition, behaviour, and services requested.

  • Estimates provided are indicative; final pricing may change if additional time or care is required.

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion.

7. Late Pick-Up Policy

  • Dogs should be collected promptly after grooming is completed.

  • Late pick-ups may incur an additional care fee.

8. Photography & Marketing 

  • Cooper’s Gang may photograph or film dogs while in our care for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

  • All images will be used respectfully and professionally.

  • Owner consent will be obtained prior to use, and owners may opt out or withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

  • Walk-in clients will be asked for verbal consent.

9. Liability

  • Cooper’s Gang takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and comfort of dogs in our care.

  • We are not liable for injury, illness, or loss unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any dog or owner at our discretion, including for health, safety, behavioural, or capacity reasons.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • Cooper’s Gang may update these Terms from time to time.

  • The most current version will always be available on our website.
