A gentle introduction to grooming, designed to help puppies feel comfortable and confident in the salon environment.

Includes:

• Tear-free bath & gentle drying
• Brush and coat introduction
• Paw handling practice
• Ear cleaning (if suitable)
• Nail trim (where tolerated)
• A positive, stress-free grooming experience
  
• Cuddle time & Fefé fragrance spritz

Please note: Every puppy is different. Nail trimming will only be carried out if your puppy is comfortable and relaxed enough to allow it. If we are unable to trim the nails during the first visit, we will continue working on building trust and confidence during future appointments.
